Val Aurina

A trip in val Aurina, northern part of Italy, gave me the opportunity to make some new photos.

This valley is famous for its copper mine, in operation since the 16th century, and the joint between the underneath of earth and his inhabitants could be seen by the number of mineralogical museums present.

Others peculiarities of this valley are the wood masks, bobbin lace (“merletto a tombolo”) and a nature and landscapes that leave you breathless.

Those photos does not give right to the valley and I suggest to go visit it if you ever have the opportunity; you’ll certainly not regret it.
